Why should I reserve a stall?

Right now through our vast connections AND this BIG Event we are giving you access to:

How do I (stallholder) get access to electricity for the day?

To access electricity on the day you will have to notify us well before the day as we need to notify the venue, the use of electricity will come with a cost of $70.00.

What is included with the stall?

For the small investment of $1,485 you get the trestle table and the ability to exhibit and trade on the day. (We highly recommend you bring along a colleague or friend to help on your Stall so you can enjoy other advantages of the day.)

Please note this does not come with any other accessories such as Chairs or Table Cloths.

Part of this investment is 12 monthly Business Marketplace Stallholder Community Days. Ask us about our special days.

Is The Stall an open space?

Yes, The Stall is an open space with no walling or partitioning included.

Can I bring along accessories such as Table Cloths and Chairs?

Yes, you may bring along Table Cloths and Chairs and any other Stall accessories.

This is strictly BYO.

What are the exact dimensions of the Trestle Tables?

The trestle tables are

1.8m x .75m x .75m

Where can I eat on the day?

We have organized for professional caterers to be there on the day and set up a Cafe area. See below the menu.

Can I trade and exchange cash on the day?

Yes, cash can be exchanged on the day.

An ATM will also be provided inside the venue.

What does a Day Pass ticket allow access to?

The Day Pass ticket allows access to all Speakers, Workshops and Stallholders.

What time can I get in to set my Stall up?

Stallholders have access from 6:00am to come in and set up their respective Stalls.

What time do I need my stall to be set up by?

Stalls MUST be set up by 8:00am NO LATER!

This gives you two hours to set up on the day.
